Refund and Return Policy

At Rajasthan Arts and Crafts Cottage Industries, customer satisfaction is important to us. As
many of our products are handmade and unique, we maintain a fair and transparent return
policy.

Returns
Customers may request a return if:
The product received is damaged during transit
The wrong item was delivered
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Customers must provide clear photos of the product and packaging to verify the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of handmade products, the following items are generally not eligible for return:
Customized or made-to-order products
Items purchased during special promotions or discounts
Products with minor variations in color, design, or texture due to handmade craftsmanship

Refunds
Once a returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your
refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10
business days.
Damaged Shipments
If your product arrives damaged:
Contact us immediately.
Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Our team will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping
In case of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping costs may be covered by the
company.
For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
